1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winpkp ("winpkp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at winpkp.net. winpkp operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players.

3 Account Registration

4 Age Verification & KYC

winpkp strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Age verification is conducted at the point of registration and may be repeated at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals, at winpkp's discretion.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on winpkp are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winpkp supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• winpkp reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed within the player account dashboard.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to the winpkp wallet.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

winpkp may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all winpkp promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not utilised within this period will expire automatically.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on winpkp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet, you agree to be bound by those rules. General rules applicable across all winpkp products include:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the winpkp system are final and cannot be cancelled by the player except where explicitly permitted within the relevant game or market rules.
• winpkp reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet was confirmed.
• In the event of disputes regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the winpkp system records shall be the definitive reference. winpkp's decisions on dispute resolution are final.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official results as published by the relevant cricket governing body. Any changes to match results following official publication may affect settlement.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the platform. winpkp reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winpkp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or communications with winpkp support.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the winpkp platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name, or accepting funds from third parties for use on winpkp.
• Any conduct that winpkp reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the winpkp platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of winpkp or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpkp platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any winpkp content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any winpkp software.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpkp's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond winpkp's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

The winpkp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpkp makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of any service or the accuracy of any content displayed on the platform.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

winpkp reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring winpkp to suspend or restrict account activity.

Upon account closure, winpkp will return any verified real-money balance to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds in violation of these Terms shall be forfeited.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting winpkp's 24/7 live support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within the timeframe communicated by the support team at the time of the request.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
